The Unlock PIN allows you to reset your Customers PIN at card_id level. Following a successful response, CLOWD9 will reset the Online PIN Counters and transmit a PIN script during the next authorisation request. CLOWD9 recommends the first transaction following a PIN unblock is made via an ATM to ensure the PIN unblock process is seamless for the Customers. If using a merchant terminal, the first transaction may result in a decline as the Chip will require the script to be received which can only occur after the request.
