Our Vista Management Portal is a web based solution which is available in both the Non-Production and Production environments, providing you with:

Program and Product Management
Behaviour Management
Perform Customer, Card and Account Management activities such as:
- Identification and Verification
- Change status
- PIN reset
- Transaction History
View and update your Customers information
View all Cards issued under your Program
View all Accounts issued under an On-Ledger program
View all Authorizations and Clearing records received from the Network
View details of webhook and response messages between CLOWD9 and your platform

The User Access controls in place provides you with the option to have Vista access internally or if required to a Third Party who will be able to perform day to day Customer activities.

During the Implementation Project, demos and access will be provided.
