CLOWD9 Implementation - Stages

There are 5 key Stages of the project process with checkpoints and deliverables that need to be passed at each stage.

All timeframes are according to readiness to engage, finalise proposition and project scale and engagement with all external parties.

CLOWD9 Implementation - Framework

The plan below provides a high level framework of implementation tasks, major milestones, roles and responsibilities that will be completed during each of the stages.

The CLOWD9 Implementation Manager will work on a tailored implementation plan, that provides indicative timelines, taking into consideration additional CLOWD9 development and resources commitments.

CLOWD9 cannot be held accountable for the deliverables of other stakeholders and you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the overall project plan.
