PIN Mailer File

To provide your Customer with a PIN Mailer, whether it is for a PIN Reminder or issuance of a new PIN (new, renewal or replacement card), CLOWD9 will generate a file which is transmitted to your Card Manufacturer via SFTP.

Where a new PIN is issued for a card, CLOWD9 will generate the PIN Mailer File a minimum of 2 days after the Card File has been sent in line with PCI compliance. PIN Reminders will be generated and included in the next file run.
