mTLS Inbound

The mTLS Inbound configuration is required to access the CLOWD9 Production API suite.

Following receipt of the completed mTLS form and Certificate Signing Request (CSR) file, CLOWD9 will issue the certificate. CLOWD9 will complete the required configuration activities and will send you the certificate file. You will need to use the certificate to securely connect to our API.

You will be able to test the connection by using the HealthCheck API. Following a successful 200 response, all activities will then be complete. You will then be issued with the API key and a secret which you will then use to generate a JSON Web Token (JWT) using the Access Authentication API.
