Limits are configured and managed through the Vista portal. The interface is designed to make it straightforward to set up, edit, and review the Limits attached to your programme

Setting Up a Limit

• Navigate to the Behaviour section within Vista.
• Select the relevant Behaviour and open the Limit configuration screen.
• Choose the Limit Criteria you wish to add.
• Enter the required values and save.

Editing an Existing Limit

• Limits can be edited at any time from the Behaviour screen in Vista.
• For individual cardholder overrides, locate the card via the Card screen. Limit overrides can be viewed and updated here.
• Limit changes will be active immediately for new transactions subject to that Behaviour or cardholder override

Viewing Limits for a Cardholder

• The cardholder screens in Vista show each limit associated with the Cardholders current Behaviour including any card level overrides.
• Activity within each limit threshold is tracked and visible as transactions impact the cards.
